'MUSIC STATION SUPER LIVE' is an annual live music festival organized and broadcast by TV Asahi and its affiliates. This year they added 'Ultra' to its name, probably a reference to MUSIC STATION Ultra FES which they skipped in September.
This is a Part of Keyakizaka46 performance of their still current single 'Kuroi Hitsuji' (they have not released anything newer for almost one year, maybe that's the reason they relegated them from the main studio to some dirty staircase).
